In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails. All amounts are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN), which is the contractual currency.
This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the contracting of the services marketed under the Mi Web PyME brand, hereinafter “THE SERVICE”, by the individual or legal entity requesting them, hereinafter “THE CLIENT”.
By making a payment, sending information, completing the brief, approving a quote, authorizing the start of the project or using THE SERVICE, THE CLIENT declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

The payment schedule is as follows:

3. Activation of the service
THE SERVICE is considered activated when:
- The corresponding deposit has been confirmed.
- THE CLIENT has accepted the contracted scope.
- THE CLIENT has provided or begun delivering the requested information.
Payment of the deposit reserves production resources and starts the necessary configurations. However, the delivery period will begin only once the brief is complete, correct and validated.

The professional website has an estimated delivery time of 24 hours, counted from the moment when:
- The deposit has been confirmed.
- THE CLIENT delivers the complete brief.
- The copy, data, images, logo and other necessary materials are available.
- There are no special requests outside the agreed scope.
Initial delivery may be made through a review link, preview or project presentation.
Definitive publication, full activation, delivery of access credentials or final release will take place once the remaining balance of $2,000 MXN plus VAT has been settled.

The sell online option has an estimated delivery time of 48 hours, counted from the moment when:
- The deposit has been confirmed.
- THE CLIENT delivers all required commercial and technical information.

Appropriate use of email accounts and protection of shared infrastructure
The business email accounts included in THE SERVICE are intended exclusively for legitimate, ordinary communications related to THE CLIENT's business operations.
THE CLIENT undertakes to use the email accounts responsibly and in accordance with applicable law, good security practice and the policies of the infrastructure providers.
It is expressly prohibited to use the email accounts to:
- Send unsolicited mail, spam or bulk messages.
- Run email campaigns, newsletters or mass promotions through the included accounts.
- Send messages to purchased, rented, unauthorized or unknown databases.
- Carry out phishing, identity theft, fraud or the distribution of deceptive content.
- Send malicious files, viruses, malware, dangerous links or content that could compromise third parties.
- Use unauthorized applications, scripts, forms, devices or platforms to perform automated sending.
- Share, sell, lend or disclose account passwords.
- Use weak, reused or compromised passwords.
- Carry out any activity that breaches the policies of the hosting, email or network providers involved.
The included accounts are not designed for email marketing campaigns, automations, newsletters, mass prospecting or high-volume sending. For such activities, THE CLIENT must contract a specialized platform authorized for bulk email.
Shared infrastructure
THE CLIENT acknowledges that the email accounts may operate on infrastructure, servers or IP addresses shared with other users.
Sending spam, unauthorized access, compromised accounts, high email volumes, incorrect recipient lists, recipient complaints or any other bad practice may affect the reputation of the server or its IP address and cause consequences for other clients, including:
- Temporary or permanent account blocks.
- Suspension of the email service.
- Rejection of messages.
- Delivery of messages to spam folders.
- Inclusion of the domain or IP address on blocklists.
- Restrictions imposed by Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or other providers.
- Partial or general suspension of email services hosted on the same infrastructure.
Preventive suspension
Where Mi Web PyME detects or receives notice of unusual activity, spam, malware, abuse, unauthorized access or risk to the infrastructure, it may immediately and without prior notice suspend the account involved.
Where the activity represents a general risk to the server or to other clients, Mi Web PyME may also:
- Change or block passwords.
- Temporarily limit sending.
- Disable related forms or scripts.
- Delete messages pending delivery.
- Isolate or suspend an account.
- Request a review of the devices used by THE CLIENT.
- Require password changes before reactivating the service.
- Require the contracting of an independent or specialized email solution.
These actions are preventive in nature and will not be considered a breach by Mi Web PyME.
Client responsibility
THE CLIENT is responsible for all activity carried out from their accounts, including activity generated by employees, collaborators, suppliers, devices, applications or third parties who have obtained access to their credentials.
Mi Web PyME will not be liable for blocks, delays, loss of reputation, rejected messages, spam-folder delivery, interruptions or impacts arising from:
- Misuse of the accounts.
- Compromised passwords.
- Malware-infected equipment.
- Bulk sending.
- Unauthorized databases.
- Recipient complaints.
- Breach of provider policies.
- Activities carried out by persons connected with THE CLIENT.
- Incidents originating outside the infrastructure managed by Mi Web PyME.
Recovery costs
Where activity attributable to THE CLIENT causes blocks, impacts on the server, inclusion on blocklists, provider suspensions or extraordinary recovery work, Mi Web PyME may charge the corresponding costs for:
- Technical diagnosis.
- Account cleanup.
- Malware removal.
- Reconfiguration.
- Password changes.
- Log review.
- Delisting requests.
- Account migration.
- IP address change.
- Contracting independent infrastructure.
- Extraordinary support hours.
Reactivation of the service may be conditional on payment of those costs and on evidence that the cause of the incident has been corrected.
No absolute delivery guarantee
Mi Web PyME will apply reasonable authentication and security configurations. However, it does not guarantee that all messages will be received, reach the primary inbox or be accepted by all providers.
Email delivery depends, among other factors, on the reputation of the domain and IP address, message content, sending volume, recipient complaints, anti-spam policies and each provider's filters.
Minimum security measures
THE CLIENT must:
- Use unique, secure passwords.
- Immediately change any password that may have been compromised.
- Keep their devices protected and up to date.
- Avoid configuring accounts on public or insecure equipment.
- Immediately report any unknown sending, access or activity.
- Periodically review connected devices and applications.

Repeated incidents, lack of cooperation or failure to comply with these measures may result in permanent cancellation of the email service, with no liability for Mi Web PyME.
11. SSL certificate
THE SERVICE includes an SSL certificate so that the site can operate over a secure protocol.
Activation may depend on:
- Domain configuration.
- DNS propagation.
- Hosting validation.
- External provider processes.
The SSL certificate protects the connection between the browser and the site, but does not in itself guarantee that a business, product, transaction or content is legitimate, nor does it eliminate all information security risks.

Each additional product carries a cost of $200 MXN plus VAT
Additional costs may arise from:
